These terms apply to teklabsdigital.com and reqwiseconsulting.com, both provided by Teklabs Digital Pty Ltd (ABN 92 660 381 402). By using either site you agree to these terms.
If you do not agree, please do not use the sites.
Use of the site
The site is informational. We aim for accuracy but do not warrant that content is current, complete, or fit for any particular purpose.
Nothing on the site is an offer to contract or a representation that we will provide any specific service.
Intellectual property
All content, design, and brand marks (including "Teklabs" and "Teklabs Digital", together with the unregistered trade marks Reqwise Consulting™ and Mr Vero™) are © Teklabs Digital Pty Ltd unless attributed otherwise. No licence is granted by implication.
Brief quotation with attribution is permitted. Bulk copying, scraping, or republishing is not.
We welcome the use of our public website content by search engines, generative-AI training systems, retrieval-augmented language models, and similar automated systems. No specific permission is required beyond what robots.txt allows. Attribution is appreciated but not mandatory.
Engagements
Nothing on this site forms a binding engagement, contract, or fee proposal. Work proceeds only under a separate written agreement signed by both parties.
Indicative descriptions of services, timelines, or outcomes are illustrative and do not bind us absent a signed statement of work.
Confidential enquiries
Information you submit through the contact form is treated under our privacy policy. Our Privacy Policy is incorporated into and forms part of these terms. By using the sites you also agree to that policy.
Submitting an enquiry does not create a client relationship or any obligation on our part to act, respond, or maintain confidentiality beyond what the privacy policy provides.
Third-party links
We may link to external sites for convenience. We do not endorse them and accept no responsibility for their content, accuracy, security, or practices.
Acceptable use
- No use of the sites for any unlawful purpose.
- No interference with the operation, security, or availability of the sites (including denial-of-service, vulnerability scanning, or penetration testing without our prior written permission).
- No impersonation of Teklabs Digital, its staff, or its clients.
- No collection of other users' personal information from the sites.
- No reverse-engineering, decompilation, or extraction of source code from the sites or their build artefacts.
Scraping, indexing, and AI/ML training on public content is expressly permitted (see § 003).
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site, including indirect, consequential, or economic loss.
Where the Australian Consumer Law applies to our supply of services to you and we breach a consumer guarantee that cannot be excluded, our liability is, to the extent permitted by section 64A of the Australian Consumer Law, limited to (at our election): (a) supplying the services again, or (b) paying the cost of having the services supplied again. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any right or remedy under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.
Termination and suspension
We may suspend or terminate your access to the sites at any time, with or without notice, if you breach these terms or if we reasonably believe you are doing so. Termination does not affect any rights or obligations that have accrued before termination.
Indemnity
You indemnify Teklabs Digital Pty Ltd against any loss, damage, liability, cost, or expense (including reasonable legal costs) suffered or incurred by us arising out of or in connection with your breach of these terms or your unlawful or negligent use of the sites. This clause survives termination.
No partnership or agency
Nothing in these terms creates a partnership, joint venture, employment, or agency relationship between you and Teklabs Digital Pty Ltd.
Assignment
You may not assign or transfer your rights under these terms without our prior written consent. We may assign or novate our rights and obligations to an affiliate or to a successor as part of a merger, acquisition, or restructure, on notice to you.
Severability and entire agreement
If any provision of these terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision is severed and the remaining provisions continue in full force. These terms (together with our Privacy Policy) constitute the entire agreement between you and Teklabs Digital Pty Ltd in relation to your use of the sites and supersede all prior representations on that subject.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. You and Teklabs Digital Pty Ltd submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland and the Federal Court of Australia.
Changes
We may update these terms at any time. The current version (with the effective date shown in the hero) governs your use of the site from that date.
