What we build
4 engagements · in production

Our work in production.

Each engagement targets a specific piece of work the organisation always needed and could never reach.

001 · Aged care

A major Australian residential aged-care provider.

Three custom AI systems run today inside the provider, supporting clinical and operational staff under the Aged Care Quality Standards.

Clinical gaps Funding review Policy
↳ Clinical gaps Every resident, every week. The system compares the care plan against the work recorded. Gaps surface for the clinical team to close. The review used to be impossible. It now runs on a schedule.
↳ Funding review Every record, at the cadence the funding system rewards. Fundable events surface for staff to confirm. The provider receives the funding it has earned.
↳ Policy Clinical staff find the right policy in seconds. The lookup used to interrupt the work, so staff skipped it. AI removed the interruption. The policy gets read.
↳ What changed Headcount unchanged. Output transformed. Three custom AI systems doing work the staff never had time to reach.
↳ Reference Deep-dive review available under NDA on a senior call.

002 · Recruitment

Australian recruitment businesses.

Clarity Core Pro runs across Australian recruitment businesses. The contextual read of every candidate against every role, at the volume each business handles. Matches and gaps surfaced with citations to the candidate's source material.

Recruitment staff do the relationship work, the calls, the strategic decisions on which roles to push. The system does the read staff couldn't reach when volume rose. Candidates receive the experience promised to them.

003 · Government

An Australian Public Service technical agency.

The 7-step method, an adapted version of Teklabs.iGentic for regulator-grade technical assessment, was delivered as capability rather than software. Staff apply the method through tools the agency already owns, including Microsoft Copilot.

Assessment output rises. Variance across assessments drops. The regulator-grade standard is met more consistently. The agency does not run Teklabs.iGentic. The agency applies a methodology derived from it.

The same engine, transferred across functions.

004 · Hospital

A regional Australian hospital.

AI strategy advisory delivered under the Reqwise brand. A senior scan of the clinical and operational estate, a prioritised list of inversion candidates, a documented governance framework, a roadmap the board could sign off on.

Strategy and delivery sit on one parent contract, so the work moves to build without re-procurement when the hospital chooses to act.

Advisory Governance Move-to-build

Our expertise

Who we are.

The receipts above are the evidence. Three notes on the practice that produced them.

01 We are small. The portfolio is large. That gap is what the engine produces.
02 Three custom agentic AI products in aged-care production. Clarity Core Pro across Australian recruitment businesses. Capability transferred to a federal technical agency through the 7-step method. Strategy delivered to a regional hospital.
03 We use the same engine internally that we sell. Output density per unit of capacity is the visible consequence of running on the operating model most companies are still trying to adopt.
